A World Without Skiing

It is well over a week since my final ski for season 2009 and work has taken precedence over exercise, which reminds me, I must get those new walking boots broken in. There has been well over 100mm of rain this week following yet another red dust storm. As a consequence only patches of snow remain.

Although nothing like what occurred in other parts of NSW, it did get quite hot here in Thredbo but now we are experiencing some of that truly lovely spring mountain weather where the mist rolls through the trees and the flies have been forced to shelter under a rock.

Now on a totally different topic, I have a studio apartment in Squatters Run for sale. Quite roomy for a studio and set right in the centre of the village. Mountain views, balcony, off street parking for one car. Ski locker and boot locker in drying room. Fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, flat screen HD TV with 10 Austar channels. Underfloor and wall heating. Lock up storage separate to apartment.

I am open to offers but please note I will be listing with local Real Estate agents next week around mid 400s.
