Australia Day 2011

Temperatures around the country are forecast to be high, possibly the highest this summer so far. Of course Thredbo will be cooler than most but it was with some dismay I read this morning’s KT forecast for 30C in the village.

Mind you, I have actually had to close windows and pull on a rug over the past two nights as the temperature dropped.

As a patriotic gesture I thought I would dedicate this report to what three Australians are doing on Australia Day 2011.

Photos kindly supplied by Rosco, in a land far-far-away.
