Blown Away

Another clear blue-sky day with sub zero temps and a wind blowing. If you can't have new snow then at least there is the great weather.

The SuperTrail was a blast early but the off piste had been swept of most of yesterday's wind blown dry powder revealing the impenetrable marble base beneath.

After a nasty accident on the traverse out from the Bluff, the Bluff was closed. Just too much clear bulletproof terrain to cross.

I didn’t bother with the camera much nor did I stay on the mountain more than 2 hours.

At last the weather report, this morning, used that other 4-letter word. Snow expected on Friday afternoon. You could tell something was coming with all the wind we have been having.
