A Change Coming

Overnight the winds increased dramatically. The day started off with mostly blue sky but a change in the weather was blowing in and by mid morning light snow flurries were mixed with reducing visibility as the cloud dropped down the slopes.

The top of the mountain was hard wind packed with very little wind blown to be found. Middle slopes were nicely groomed and the bottom had a good layer of fresh man made.

Antons T-bar on ice. First went out of action on Sunday. I hope the ice pack helps.

High traffic areas without snow making need a fresh fall from Mother Nature

With the the heavy school holiday traffic on the slopes we could do with a top up. The bureau doesn't think much will come of this change but we live in hope.
