Merry Christmas
It's been quiet in Thredders the last few days but - dare I say it - "it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" with decos and non-native trees appearing all over the place.
It was quite busy with the Cannonball MTB races last weekend but now the dust has settled, until the school holiday-makers move in.
If you're dreaming of a white Christmas you might have to go to Tasmania. I see possible snowfalls are forecast this week on Ben Lomond, Mt Field and Mt Wellington.
Good luck to them.
Our last snowfall (just a dusting) fell less than a week ago on the 9th. Looking at the charts today, it just might snow here on Saturday night. Fingers crossed - it's a lot better than that man-made heat wave hitting Sydney.
Light dusting above Kareela last week
It was so busy last weekend that KT opened up Snowgums chair to take some of the load off Kosi chair
Even while Xmas decorations were being deployed ;-)
A lovely flowing pond surrounded by lush greens near the Village Green
No nets or drums lines here but there be predators in these waters
It's beginning to look a lot like ... (come on, you know the song) ...

Today has been cool and grey. Max forecast temp was some 25C less than the forecast max for Sydney. You can see why we love Thredbo :-)
