All Coming Together

It's all action in Thredbo. Marion and I got very early tracks on Antons season start this morning. Meanwhile a lot of work has been going on in the Basin. Maintenance have been putting the cable back on Karels T-bar after heavy ice dropped it from the bull wheel.

The weather has been spectacular - sunny with a cool breeze. The snow is still frozen off piste and as it softens turns to breakable crust. The on piste is variable. Cruiser and Antons nice but High Noon was frozen golf balls.

More lifts opening tomorrow. Unfortunately there is not much snow on Ski-In Ski-Out corner and consequently Top-to-Bottom may not be on the cards. We need cold nights and snow making at village level. Mind you, the clear skies might just do that tonight.
