Below are more of Rosco's interesting and eclectic potpourri of ancient images from the last century, indeed the last millennium :-)

First a few skiers, then some landscape memories, finally finishing up with a couple of shots from the infamous 'Tour de Mexico' when Rosco led 11 Thredbo locals on a two day tour to 'Mexico' in early September 1986 (almost 30 years ago) ... skiing Falls Creek on day 1 and Mt. Hotham on day 2.

Looking at all these antiquities makes want to make the effort to access some of my old photos (buried away somewhere in Sydney). I started skiing regularly as a weekend warrior at the beginning of the 80's with a group of very close friends. We would take turns to drive and drive overnight to and from Sydney almost every weekend, sometimes with up to half a dozen cars in convoy. Ah the olde days - times of radar detectors and the olde narrow, winding roads - none of this expressway rubbish where cruise control takes over from adrenalin ;-)
