Pre Blues 2009
The Blue Meenies are pumping out rock and roll from the Village Square as I quickly post this report.
Following a ghastly 30C one day in the village earlier this week, sanity has prevailed and the weather, albeit a little overcast, is simply wonderful.
My walk out back yesterday revealed an ever increasing field of wildflowers, cool temps and very few flies.
New snow being installed up Little Beauty
Main Range
Mt Kosciuszko with the remaining winter snows
Field of flowers
Lots of colour
Billy Buttons amongst the Alpine Daisies
Flowers everywhere
Captive wildflowers - what was their crime?
Almost an alien feel to the landscape
You know where it is
The bureau are forecasting a temperature range of 0C to 11C up top tomorrow. Break out the woolies once again else the Thredbo Blues Festival will take on another meaning.
