Build It And They Will Come
Sundance was converted into a Boarder Cross and Skier Cross course for races held on Tuesday. Meanwhile Veuve Clicquot have been running a series of promotional events in the resort - a lot of bright yellow can be seen both on and off the slopes.
The snow conditions have been going downhill (pun intended). Warm days, several nights above zero and a warm breeze have stripped a lot of snow from the Snowy Mountains. Early runs have been 'hard as' then turning to slush by late morning.
Luckily there is a lot of snow on the range to strip away. My foot has not been enjoying the hard conditions but I have been out each morning this week for a few turns.
Saturday: Build it and they will come - with sleds ;-)

The weather is changing. What exactly will come of it is anyone's guess. And, everyone is guessing. Snow predictions are all over the place. Last night on a web site (no names here) there were predictions of 120cm of snow over the 4 days starting Saturday.
The Thredbo Top To Bottom race is scheduled for Saturday morning - could be interesting.
Too busy for a grump - may be next time.
