We are still awaiting some decent powder. Apart from 50cm about a month ago, there hasn't been anything like we are used to. Although some 30cm fell over the past 2 days, it was heavy with a high moisture content - something akin to skiing mashed potato.

The temperatures here are around 0C with dips sometimes down towards -10C. We are pleased to be well away from the horrendous temperatures being experienced back home and my heart goes out to all those affected by the bushfires.
