Not quite the Niseko crowds and only 1,250 yen for 6 hours of lift riding

Why would one want to travel to other resorts?

When I questioned Rosco about appropriate apparel for beach skiing (ie: beach shorts), Rosco's reply was that at -4C they weren't appropriate ;-)

I've just received another dispatch from Japan with some enticing action photos. I guess this means posting another report tomorrow. There's no rest for the [insert appropriate word here].
