It's Back and I'm Back
After a software upgrade on the server where these reports reside, all my past reports were left in limbo. Now almost a week later it appears that the ISP has fixed the mess.
Apart from the big hair-dryer hitting the snow, the other big news is that the spring dust has arrived. Not red or brown like in the past but this time yellow. With northerly winds distributing the colouring, I thought it might be wattle pollen but Kim said that the pine trees are also doing their thing. If you have parked under a pine dropping it's fine powder then you know exactly what I mean. Anyway, starting on Saturday and intensifying on Sunday the snow picked up a noticeable yellow tinge - yes, I know, Rule 1: don't eat yellow snow.
School holidays are now in full swing and today's snow fall should be a treat for the kiddies, albeit cold, wet and windy compared to the previous week. The past week provided great top to bottom skiing till late morning.

The snowline has been retreating rapidly up the hill and the inevitable closures of runs with it.
It's still snowing as I finish this report.
