I'm Back

The forecasts for this weekend are indeed interesting and contradictory. There is a mass of very cold air swelling up from below SW Australia. The alpine forecasts are for possible heavy snow Sunday into Monday, while the forecast temperatures for Adelaide don't indicate anything in the way of snow. Only time will tell. In the meantime here are some happy snaps from the past couple of weeks.

There have been consistently good frosts over recent days and statistically we are in for a very good season. Let's see what global warming will produce for season 2008.

After a two-year absence I have again produced a report on my latest overseas ski trip. Not a lot of words but if 'a picture is worth a thousand words' then it may be another epic. Anyway, click this link (http://www.ciau.com.au/snow/jpn2008/japan08a.htm) to see bits of Mr Grumpy’s 2008 sojourn.
