Had around 40mm of rain in Thredbo that's helped keep the temperature down.

GRUMP:-
I'm now experiencing my fourth day of no mobile reception in Thredbo. I have to drive 15km to the park entrance to receive my messages and make calls.

When I went to the Optus web site to check "network status" (https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/service-status), the form on the Optus web site doesn't even recognise "Thredbo" or the postcode of "2625".
PATHETIC!

I'm with Amaysim that unfortunately uses the Optus back bone - well that should be the Optus lack of back bone. If you are planning on coming to Thredbo and you use Optus, I suggest you seriously consider another provider. I know I will.
