Yes, Niseko might have the highest snowfall but with the ever increasing number of off-piste riders you simply don’t get as much untracked as you used to.

There are supposedly in excess of 500 ski resorts in Japan. I have been to a handful of them on Hokkaido and Honshu and a return to Canada and USA is not out of the question. I will miss the lovely local people of Niseko but I doubt if I will return there. Meanwhile a world of new adventure awaits.
